The factory plastic pipework is known to split or crack, even at standard boost levels, and becomes increasingly vulnerable when running a remap or higher boost pressure. AIRTEC’s direct replacement solution is constructed from high-quality aluminium, offering far greater durability while also featuring an enlarged internal diameter to improve airflow and performance.
Designed with precision and practicality in mind, the pipework includes a 1/8NPT meth injection port and CNC-machined flanges for a perfect OEM-style fit. One flange retains the original O-ring and spring clip, while the other bolts directly to the factory connection for a secure and leak-free seal.
Finished in a durable black powder coat for a clean, factory-style look, the kit comes complete with a Pro Hoses silicone connector, all fixings, jubilee clips, and detailed fitting instructions.
