AIRTEC's intercooler upgrade has been developed specifically for the E46 320d, ideal for fast road or track use. Designed as a direct replacement for the standard OEM intercooler, it provides a larger, freer-flowing core to maintain consistent performance during extended periods of hard driving.
The intercooler features a taller core with a 110mm depth, making it 120% deeper than the original and delivering a massive 1947% increase in overall capacity. With a 34% increase in frontal area, it maximises airflow and cooling efficiency within the limited space behind the bumper.
High-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks ensure airflow is directed efficiently across the core, providing improved cooling performance and engine response compared to the standard intercooler
