It provides increased torque capacity, stronger engagement and improved heat resistance while maintaining the refinement needed for regular road use, making it well suited to fast road cars that also see spirited driving and occasional track use.
The Stage 2 Sport uses an uprated pressure plate with increased clamping force, helping to maintain reliable power transfer as engine torque increases. This makes it a suitable upgrade for remapped engines and vehicles with bolt-on performance modifications where a standard clutch may begin to struggle.
The kit features segmented ceramic friction material, providing a stronger bite, improved heat resistance and consistent engagement during demanding driving. It offers a more performance-focused feel than a conventional organic clutch while remaining practical for road use.
Designed to work with the factory DMF, the kit retains the flywheel's damping characteristics. This helps keep drivetrain noise and vibration under control while providing a more direct and responsive connection between the engine and transmission.
