If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please use our Contact Us page as soon as you can. We will try our best to make any changes but we will be unable to do so if the order has already been despatched. Goods that have already been dispatched cannot be amended
If your delivery address is located outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes. These charges are imposed by your country's customs authorities when the shipment arrives at your location. Customs policies differ among countries, and all international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections. You will be responsible for any additional charges related to customs clearance, and we suggest that you contact your local customs office for more details
Some items are not stocked and are drop shipped direct from the supplier or have to be ordered in. In this case we cannot offer next working day delivery
Most items will be shipped the same day if puchased before 3pm. Some items are not stocked so please allow 2-3 extra days for delivery. There will be a nate on the shipping tab
Tracking numbers can take 24hrs to appear on some of the courier's system
At the present time we are unable to ship oils & fluids outside of the UK
We do not stock all of the items we advertise. We do our best to keep these items up to date with our suppliers but at times, they may run out of certain items without our knowledge. If you do order a part that is out of stock we will notify you asap, or try and provide an updated delivery date or suitable alternative. There is a shipping tab on each listing regarding that items shipping times
