Once you've found what you're looking for, click Add to Cart, then head to the Checkout page where you can enter your delivery details and choose your preferred payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
We understand plans change - if you need to cancel or modify your order, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing sales@mattlewisracing.co.uk or calling 01306 731570.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. However, once an item has been processed for dispatch or collected by a courier, changes are no longer possible.
Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days, depending on your payment method.
Are all products in stock?
Not all listed products are held in stock. Some are shipped directly from suppliers. Product pages usually include estimated lead times—please check before ordering.
What is your returns policy?
UK & EU customers: 30-day return window (items must be unused and in original packaging).
International customers: Please contact us for country-specific return details.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the return.
How do I know if a part is right for my vehicle?
We include as much compatibility data as possible on each product page - such as engine codes, chassis models, and years. However, due to the variation between markets and production dates, we strongly recommend contacting us before ordering if you're unsure.
Just send us your reg number (UK) or VIN, and we’ll confirm fitment to avoid delays or incorrect orders.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are generally dispatched the same day.
Special order, made to order or drop-shipped items (sent directly from suppliers) usually dispatch within 2–5 working days, depending on brand and availability.
We'll keep you informed if any delays arise, and always aim for the quickest possible turnaround.
Which delivery services do you use?
We use Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, and UPS depending on item size, weight, and destination.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel is booked. If you haven’t received tracking within 24 hours (Mon–Fri), feel free to reach out.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes - next-day delivery is available at checkout for eligible in-stock UK orders. However, if the item is drop-shipped or made to order, the next-day option may not appear at checkout.
If you’re in a rush, please contact us first to confirm stock status and delivery options. We will do our best to get you the quickest delivery option.
Can I collect my order in person?
While we primarily operate online, collection from our Dorking, Surrey premises may be possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance to check availability and schedule a pick-up time as not all items we sell are stocked at our address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and beyond.
Please note:
Oils, fluids, pressurised cans, and some bulky items cannot be shipped internationally due to courier restrictions.
All international orders are shipped via tracked services.
For international returns, customs paperwork must be marked clearly to avoid import duty charges when returning to us.
Will I have to pay import taxes or customs duties?
If you're ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge import taxes, VAT, or duties on delivery. These fees are not included in our prices unless you select a courier service that includes Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
DDP is available on some international courier services like FedEx, allowing you to pay any import fees upfront at checkout.

Are all your products genuine?
Yes- we only stock and supply approved aftermarket brands, and race-proven performance components. Brands like HEL, SPAL, Ramair, Mintex, and MST are official partners, not grey-market or imitation stock.
What if I can’t find the part I need on your website?
We offer a Request a Part service for anything not listed online. Just provide us with as much info as possible - vehicle make/model, engine code, year, and part description or number, and we’ll source it for you, quote availability and price, usually within 24 working hours.
What is your returns policy?
UK & EU Customers: You have 30 calendar days to return an item in original, unused condition for refund or exchange.
International Customers: Contact us first — returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on region.
You’ll need to obtain before sending anything back. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 48 hours. Depending on your payment method, it may take 3–5 working days to appear in your account.
Are there any items I can’t return?
Yes — we cannot accept returns for:
Used or fitted parts
Special order or custom items
Electrical components, unless proven faulty
Items returned without original packaging or damaged in transit due to poor packing
Do your parts come with warranty?
Yes - all products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which ranges from 12 months to lifetime depending on the brand. If your part develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us with photos, details, and your order number. We’ll assist with the claim process.
