As part of AIRTEC’s expanding Suzuki range, this intercooler upgrade for the Swift Sport Boosterjet has been developed for both fast road and track use, designed to maintain consistent performance even during extended hard driving.
The OEM intercooler is wide but shallow, with the radar sensor and ductwork blocking a large portion of airflow. AIRTEC’s design makes far better use of the available space, featuring a core that’s 80% deeper and provides an 88% increase in capacity over the factory unit. By repositioning and reshaping the end tanks, airflow is also greatly improved.
This is the only intercooler on the market with 15% larger inlet and outlet diameters (60mm vs 52mm OEM), reducing restriction and improving charge air flow. The kit includes Pro Hoses silicone pipework, connecting seamlessly to the OEM system while replacing the restrictive hot-side pipe. An optional enlarged cold-side pipe kit is also available for maximum performance.
With its high-flow cast end tanks, efficient core design, and perfect OEM-style fitment (no cutting or trimming required), this intercooler offers a significant boost in cooling efficiency and reliability.
