This latest version builds on their very first Focus ST intercooler from back in 2005, refined and improved over years of development. The Gen 3 features a high-flow 60mm bar-and-plate core and smoother cast end tanks, giving better airflow, strength and cooling under pressure.
With a core that’s twice the height and nearly 100mm longer than the factory intercooler, it delivers a huge increase in capacity and a 100% larger frontal area. That means cooler charge temps, improved throttle response and dependable power, even during long stints of hard driving.
Supplied as a full bolt-on kit with everything you need to fit, this upgrade is ideal for cars running up to 325bhp – a proven step up in performance for any tuned Focus ST.
