Building on the proven success of AIRTEC’s EA888 Gen 3 intercooler kit – trusted for years on countless big-power builds – the new Gen 4 version takes everything that worked before and makes it even better.
With similar space limitations to its predecessor, AIRTEC utilised the same massive 16.4-litre core from the Gen 3 kit, integrating it to fit neatly with the air-con radiator. The result is an 80% increase in overall capacity compared to the stock intercooler, along with a larger frontal area to maximise airflow.
Cast end tanks have been designed to ensure smooth, unrestricted flow both in and out of the core, with a one-piece moulded construction that delivers optimum efficiency and consistent performance.
Finished in a durable powder-coated black for a stealth OEM+ look, the kit is a direct replacement. It includes new Pro Hoses silicone boost pipes, all fixtures and fittings, and detailed fitting instructions for a straightforward install.
