The AIRTEC front mount intercooler kit is designed to replace the restrictive factory twin intercooler setup and long, inefficient pipework. With a high-flow 60mm bar-and-plate core and a shorter alloy boost pipe kit, this upgrade delivers faster turbo spool, lower intake temperatures, and maximum power output.

To keep response sharp, the system uses 50mm pipework from the turbo to the intercooler, and 60mm pipework out to the throttle body. This carefully designed combination balances fast spool-up with improved airflow, helping your engine perform at its best.

Built with AIRTEC’s proven bar-and-plate core and branded cast end tanks, the kit is strong, efficient, and dyno-proven to deliver real gains. Finished in Pro-Series Black with the option of a bold AIRTEC logo, it installs in around 2–3 hours and comes with a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty. Dyno test results – results taken from Fiat 500 Abarth, fitted with cat back exhaust and AIRTEC FMIC:

Run 1 – 120 degrees into the intercooler and 22 degrees out of the intercooler
Run 2 – 122 degrees into the intercooler and 22 degrees out of the intercooler
Run 3 – 123 degrees into the intercooler and 22 degrees out of the intercooler

The AIRTEC intercooler dropped the intake temperatures by 100 degrees on each run and did not suffer from heat soak
